Event Booking Payment – Secure Your Date with Lady Bijou
This payment finalises your booking and ensures exclusive availability for your event: whether it’s a private gathering, celebration, or special occasion.
Lady Bijou will create a memorable and engaging experience for your guests, offering intuitive tarot readings that spark insight, connection, and conversation.
 
Please note:
This payment is required 48hrs prior to your booking and will be applied alongside the deposit received.
 
Booking & Scheduling:
Once payment is received, your event will be set to go. Final arrangements, including timing, location, and any specific requirements, will be coordinated via email to ensure a seamless experience.
 
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your event within 24 hours of the agreed booking time, all payments made are non-refundable. This is due to the reservation of your date and the preparation involved in delivering your event.
 
The Fine Print:
Event readings are designed as a light yet meaningful offering, using a 3-card spread for general guidance. Each guest receives a 10-minute reading; couples or extended sessions are not available within this format.
 
To create a grounded and supportive space for readings, I ask that you provide:
– A private or semi-private area, gently removed from passing crowds
– A sound environment that allows for conversation (away from DJs, bands, or loudspeakers)
– Shelter and weather protection, as extreme conditions may require readings to pause or shift
 
If you have a vision for your space, I welcome you to reach out ahead of time to align on setup. Additional props/space activations will incur extra fees.
 
Should you wish to extend your booking, this can be arranged in advance. Otherwise, readings will close at the agreed time.
 
Readings are offered to those aged 18 and over.
I hold the right to decline a reading if a guest is intoxicated, disruptive, or not in a space to engage respectfully.
 
These offerings are intended for guidance, reflection, and connection, and are not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.
 
In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances on my end, you will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund.
