Spring's Stirring Walkshop

As we celebrate the peak of winter and the anticipation of spring stirring, join us for a calming, nature-based workshop to reconnect with nature and align with the rhythms of the season.

This 2-hour interactive ‘walk-shop’ begins with a guided walk through the CERES gardens, honouring the changing seasons and our own inner rhythms.

Centering on the themes of Imbolc, life returning to the land, and the light increasing, you will join a guided meditation and facilitated reflection session. Together we will explore ways to acknowledge conception in nature and our endeavours, by reconnecting with nature and creating meaningful seasonal rituals and intentions for ourselves.

In the session you will:

★ Learn about the seasonal peaks in flora, fauna, and food, and discover the significance of winter’s peak across cultures

★ Explore different traditional Imbolc practices and simple ways to live in relationship with the seasons

★ Enjoy grounding, sensory exercises to connect with the natural elements

★ Gather indoors for a guided meditation, reflection session, and a healing intention-setting ritual

★ Create a symbolic talisman to take home

Spots are limited! Book now to secure your place.

Hosted by Lady Bijou, a local seasonal guide, workshop facilitator and tarot reader. Lady Bijou’s practice centres on reconnection and they are passionate about helping people find meaning and grounding through nature, spirituality, and self-reflection.
